Hate it!!!! It crashes every 2 seconds!!

Customer support has not answered any of my emails or help tickets or questions submitted through either the app or desktop site. I paid for one single credit after using my free one, online through the PayPal button. I even got a confirmation number. My card was charged and went to Stannp. Yet my credit balance remained at 0. Still waiting. Waste of $2.29. Just wanted to send my brother 2 postcards for Christmas that would go together. Now he only gets one.
